Our Founder and CEO
Kyzae Carter, a music professional and the driving force behind Creative Catalyst Management, brings a wealth of expertise to the firm. Born on November 3, 1996, in Winter Park, FL, Carter's journey in music began with his first love—singing. He spent countless hours honing his craft, utilizing singing games like “Sing Star” and “Disney Sing It.” While his heart resonated deeply with music, his ambitions transcended the stage, fueling his desire to delve into entrepreneurship from an early age.
Carter's professional journey began on May 31, 2022, when he immersed himself in the music business. He pursued his studies and actively participated in student-run organizations such as the “Pre-Law Society” and “3300+ Climbing,” an artist development initiative at Full Sail University. Through these clubs, Carter gained invaluable insight into entertainment contracts, copyright laws, marketing, writing, branding, promotion, event booking, SEO, keyword research best practices, and financial budgeting.
In addition to his academic pursuits and involvement in student organizations, Carter continuously hones his craft through various avenues. He participates in business workshops hosted at Full Sail University and leverages platforms like LinkedIn Learning to expand his knowledge base and refine his skill set. Through his unwavering dedication and multifaceted approach to learning, Carter continues to chart a course of excellence in the dynamic realm of music management and entrepreneurship.
